Group Rates

Choose from a selection of room types at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach All Inclusive resort, each thoughtfully designed with comfort, elegance, and breathtaking Pacific views.

You may select from the Junior Suite, Executive Suite, or Super Executive Suite, each offering expanded living space, private terraces, and refined amenities.

Rates Include: Hotel accommodations; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner at on site restaurants; Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks served at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach as well as the sister properties: Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos including private access to swimmable beach; Complimentary shuttle between sister resorts and Quivira Golf Club; Daily activities by the hotel team; complimentary high-speed wireless internet; 24-hour Suite Service; Taxes; 20% discount at Armonia Spa, 20% discount at Quivira Golf Course (when pre-booked in advance), Gratuities.

Who can attend:

Active ICMs and Renatus Students

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Maximum Occupancy:

Junior Suites up to 4 guests per suite (either 4 adults or a combination of adults and children).
Executive Suites & Super Executive Suites can accommodate up to 6 guests per suite.

Terms & Conditions:

Deposit: A deposit for the first night is required to confirm your reservation
Final Payment: The remaining balance will be processed upon check-in at the resort

Group Hotel Bookings:

You must first register on your back office Calendar to attend the event: Link here
- Registration Fee: $200 per person/$360 per couple.
- Once you register, you will receive a Hotel Booking Link from Corporate.
Reservations: Group Code "RENATUS26" - Group rates available until August 25th.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is non-refundable.
A one-night penalty will apply if cancellation is notified at least 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 20-days of arrival, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures will result in a Full Stay charge with no refunds or future credits.

No Shows:

Charges: Full booking amount charged, reservation voided.
No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures will result in a Full Stay charge with no refunds or future credits.

Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting the applicable cancellation charges. The initial one-night deposit is non-refundable.
