To ensure a smooth arrival, please remember that arranging your transportation from the airport to the resort is your responsibility.

 

We recommend arranging your airport transportation in advance, as transfers from Los Cabos International Airport can be limited and hectic upon arrival. For your convenience, we have partnered with Amstar, a trusted local provider, to offer reliable and seamless airport transfers for our group. You may reserve your transportation using the booking link provided.

We encourage you to book ahead to avoid any last-minute delays or confusion at the airport.

 

Airport Arrival & Transfer Instructions (Los Cabos):

Once you arrive in Los Cabos, if you have booked your airport transfer through AMSTAR, please follow these instructions carefully.

After clearing immigration and customs, please proceed directly outside the terminal without stopping at any counters or kiosks inside the airport. While some representatives may offer to assist or claim to be affiliated with transfer companies, these are typically timeshare promoters and are not connected with Amstar.

Once outside, continue walking straight ahead—you will pass umbrella #1—and proceed to pole #7. There, you will be greeted by an Amstar representative wearing a royal blue shirt and khaki pants, holding an Amstar sign.

For your convenience, please refer to the photo below showing Bob and Woody with the Amstar team at pole #7, which will help you easily identify the correct meeting location. From there, you will be escorted to your vehicle for transfer to the resort.
